A Cobargo Creators’ Weekend Workshop with Rita Wagner
Sat 15 & Sun 16 June 2019, 10.00 am – 4.00 pm each day
Learn how watercolour works, how to make the watercolour flow, splatter, granulate, bloom, bleed, separate and simply look beautiful; colour mixing starting with the basic three: red, yellow and blue.
Discover opaque and transparent colour, warm and cool colour; what paper to use and how to stretch it.
This is a fun workshop with no pressure, it’s all experimental. No drawing skill required, just a love of art and a willingness to give it a go.
Rita will show you different techniques. You will come away with new skills and a new found confidence in using watercolour. The techniques shown will also help those who paint with acrylic.
