South Coast Music Society


The South Coast Music Society presents a range of fine music for the South Coast community and encourages young people to experience such music.  Concerts are at St Bernard’s Church, Batehaven. In its short history, the Society has provided concerts covering a range of musical experiences from Chamber Music to Opera and Jazz. website

Sapphire Coast Music Society


The Society aims to present a series of concerts every year and encourages the development and performance of music throughout the Sapphire Coast area. Performances are at the Wolumla Hall with an active program throughout the year. An annual subscription fee of $20 entitles members to a reduction in ticket prices and a regular newsletter. Facebook

Montague Choristers


The Montague Choristers are a non-auditioning choir who have been bringing wonderful music to the Narooma and Bermagui regions for over 20 years. In addition to perofrmances by the choir, the organisation presents a range of concerts by national and international musicians. Performances are at the Narooma Catholic Church.  website

Since 1986, the Candelo Arts Society has promoted art of all facets in the Bega Valley with a range of performances, events, concerts, balls and more. Bega Chamber Orchestra


The Bega Chamber Orchestra is based in Bega, NSW and is directed by Geoffrey Badger. The BCO developed out of the Bega Valley String Orchestra and includes players of stringed, brass, woodwind and percussion instruments. The BCO hosts the now famous South Coast Music Camp held each year in Sept/Oct. website

Heartsong Choir


Heartsong is a community choir based in Bega dedicated to singing beautiful sacred choral music. We have performed in churches and at music events around the area and currently have over forty members in our choir.  Rehearsals at St John’s Anglican church, Bega on Monday nights 7-9pm.  All are welcome.  website

Snowy Strings


The Snowy String Community Orchestra is located at Jindabyne and is a community group dedicated to the joy and fun of working with a group of young musicians who are highly motivated. We have 4 cellos, 2 violas and 20 violins at present with many beginners waiting in the wings. We are more than happy to welcome players from outer areas into the orchestra so long as they can make the commitment to attend rehearsals. website

Snowy Monaro Arts Council


Snowy Monaro Arts Council is a not for profit organisation focussing on presenting quality live performances to local audiences. Presentations are generally musical but also include theatrical performances.
