With professional development - South East Arts can advise and assist artists of the region to undertake professional development. SEAR already has and will continue to facilitate training and professional development sessions within the region

With research - South East Arts will be developing a detailed profile of existing arts and cultural activity across the region to inform future initiatives and strategies for development

With cultural planning - South East Arts will be working closely with the member Councils to develop appropriate and achievable cultural plans
